In first hand you should book your business trip through Egencias online service. Booking through telephone (Customer service at Egencia) entails a cost.

If you want to make reservations via the online booking tool Egencia Online, you need an updated traveller profile.
Please add your mobile phone number, credit card numbers, bonus loyalty cards and personal preferences. This will simplify the booking process via phone and email, and also when booking with the online booking tool.
NB! Please make sure that the name in your traveller profile is consistent with the name in your passport.
Climate fund and environmental goals at SLU
SLU is actively working to achieve environmental certification and has thus established three overall environmental objectives that aim to reduce carbon emissions.
- SLU shall decrease CO2-emissions from all business travel with 10% per fulltime employee by 2020 in comparison to 2013.
- CO2-emission from domestic business travel shall decrease with 20% per fulltime employee by 2016.
- The usage of “IT-Travel” (video conferencing) shall increase with 15% until 2016 in comparison to 2013.

In addition, a climate fund will be put in place through the change of travel agency. This means that all flight reservations are associated with an additional fee. The revenue from this fee is collected into a climate fund. All employees at SLU will be able to apply for a grant from the fund to climate promotions.
