When you are on a business trip there are some things to consider. How you book your trip, how to report a trip, the right to reimbursement and to always have in mind that we work to reduce our environmental impact.

Book your travel

SLU's business travel agency is Egencia. As employee at SLU you can use their online booking tool or contact their personal customer service by phone or email. To log in to Egencia's website, click on the red button above. Trips to Africa are booked through customer service at Egencia.

In first hand you should book your business trip through Egencias online service. Booking through telephone (Customer service at Egencia) entails a cost.

Instructions on how to book your business trip online

Traveller profile

If you want to make reservations via the online booking tool Egencia Online, you need an updated traveller profile.

Please add your mobile phone number, credit card numbers, bonus loyalty cards and personal preferences. This will simplify the booking process via phone and email, and also when booking with the online booking tool.

NB! Please make sure that the name in your traveller profile is consistent with the name in your passport.

Reimbursement

SLU has a agreement regarding reimbursement for business travel.
