The Leadership Development Unit are arranging short stay-over conferences on the theme "curious about leadership". We are addressing you who are considering a future role as a leader and/or manager within the academia. The conferences give insight into what it means to be a leader at SLU, the opportunity to try out some basic leadership tools as well as facilitation in individual reflection on a possible future role as manager and/or leader.
The first occasion will be October 14-15th 2020 near Ultuna. This occasion will be held in Swedish.
We also plan for three more occasions during spring and autumn 2021. It is our ambition to conduct one near Alnarp and Umeå respectively (in Swedish), as well as one near Ultuna to be held in English.
As we need to know how much interest there is before we move on with our planning, please send a notification of interest to annika.grandin@slu.se with a brief description of why you are curious about leadership as well as which conference you are most interested in.
